Makes a First Kiss?
For
me, it’s the lead up to the moment. All the emotional, physical, and
surrounding elements that play into the first kiss can be as exciting as the
actually kiss. The buildup creates something magical, a special moment between
two or more people that transcends reality. All right, maybe that’s just me.
But there I love a good first kiss.
When
I think of perfect kiss I think Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennett or Mr. Thornton
and Margaret Hale. It’s perfect and can’t be topped by anything.
In
romance novels the first kiss can sometimes come before the happily ever after
and the ‘I love you’, but whenever it happens it changes things. So I’m sharing
an exclusive excerpt today with my first kiss from the upcoming Raven Pirate
Assassin Spy.
