#TeaserTuesday + Opening Paragraph The Good Sister part 1 by @LSJRomance #audiobook

Welcome to Teaser Tuesday hosted by Should Be Reading and First Chapter, First Paragraph hosted by Bibliophile By The Sea.

This week I'm trying something different. Instead of the written word, I've got an audio book to share with you. The Good Sister part one by +London Saint James

Just click the button to play the audio clip of the Opening Scene and Teaser. You can choose how much of the clip you listen to.

Here's the blurb:

The Good Sister part one
Trinity Lane Winslow feared everything and lived her life vicariously through others. She dreamed of the impossible, yearning to be the kind of woman men desired - especially Reid Addison.

Reid Addison feared nothing, except how the mousey little blonde daughter of his housekeeper made him feel. Even though Trinity Winslow wasn't his type, there was something intriguing about her.

Lord Ashton Archer lived a fairy tale life with property all over the world, was heir to a ducal dynasty, and had women fawning all over him. Anything a man could want, he obtained by the snap of his fingers.

By a twist of fate, the three of them find their way into the same illicit world of the infamous Madam Jacqueline Claudette Rousseau. But will they find what each of them truly desires? Or will they always long for the forbidden?

My Thoughts:

I thoroughly enjoyed this spell-binding coming of age story of personal discovery. The audio narration by Kitty Barclay totally brings the story and characters alive. You can read my full 5 Lovebites review here.

What do you think? Would you listen on? Leave me a comment and I'll return your visit shortly.
Have a fab week.

  3. A narrator can make or break an audio book, and it sounds like this one is a winner.

  4. I agree with Literary, this narrator makes me want to read the book, but the book cover may be a bit much for my house >_<

  9. The romance genre isn't my cup of tea, but this is a good intro. It definitely pulls you right into the narrator's mind and heart. :-)

    2. Never tried an audiobook before. The story sounds interesting but I'm a bit uncomfortable with love triangles. May be because I don't like to take sides.
