My thoughts:
Granted, this book is probably not for everybody especially if you don't read poly-amorous or LGBT-themed books. But underneath is a beautiful love story about fighting to keep the ones you love safe. And the author shows how a trifecta can work perfectly. She knows how to blend the physical attractions between the characters with an emotional connection which makes you empathize with their situations and in some cases picture yourself in said situations. If you like your romance with a heavy dose of steam and kink, then this is definitely one for you. I love it. :-)

DeleteInitially I had a hard time getting over the whole "aliens" thing while reading the intro etc. but I am all for poly-amorous and LGBT relationships as long as the author writes them well! And I do have a thing for mates, you could almost call it a kink! Might have to sneakily sneak this one in between my other books! Thanks for sharing :)

I am not averse to the topic of this book, but I don't read steamy books anymore. Just my choice, for me alone. I used to when I was younger but now I like a story with an intense plot and limited bed-hopping :)
