Being happy in all things in your life. You can have a bad day, but you can have that and still be happy. Life is good and I have Kasi. Kasi is so much more than I can put in words.

What is your current state of mind? 

I’m happy. Truly happy.

What is your most treasured possession? 

My car. It’s my other baby. (Don’t tell Kasi I said that)

What or who is the greatest love of your life? 

Kasi. I didn’t know what I was looking for until I found her. She is the love of my life.

Losing someone I love again.

Honesty and quirks. I love quirks. Bring them on.

Narcissism and lying.

A tiny white lie. Like a surprise party or something. I believe in being honest.

I did a lot of changing over the years. If this was ten years ago, I would say getting my shit together. But I think I’m on the right track with all aspects of my life

Chained to the wall, Rip tilted his head back and opened his mouth. Drop after drop of water landed on his tongue. It wasn’t enough. But it was more than he’d had over the last two days. Or had it been three? Maybe six.

It was hard to tell time in this place that wasn’t supposed to exist. Where was his captor? Was she truly prepared to allow him to starve to death? After their last encounter, he’d thought he’d won her over, convinced her that he was no longer a threat to her and her sister witches.

She’d allowed him to touch her again, to caress her soft skin and bring her to an orgasm. Then she’d pushed him away and ordered him to his cell. He was growing tired of her mood swings. Either she was going to torture him or she was going to let him show her how good it could be between the two of them. She couldn’t have it both ways. Akash: My sister would say my cat. I’d say the rolling pin that’s been used by the bakers in my family going back centuries to my great-great-something-grandmother in India.

Akash: Hamish. Blockheaded retired Royal Marine that he is.

Akash: Disappointing my parents.

Akash: Honesty. A sense of humour. Respect. A cute arse, doesn’t hurt either.

Akash: To avoid angering my eldest sister, Padma.  To avoid hurting Padma’s, my little sister, feelings. To keep from  getting a lecture from my well-meaning parents.
