At last! A vampire romance that actually portrays vampires as they should be--parasitic, predatory creatures. Haunting Echoes is one of the best Vampire romances I've read in a long time.

I stopped reading vampire romances a while back because a lot of the characters where glamorized and toned down. I'm so glad I decided to give this story a try.

This story shows how love can survive across the span of life and time. It is about power and survival and many aspects of it are brutal and dark. But that's exactly what I loved about it. The vampire lifestyle was not sugarcoated. There were no sparkly vampires, drinking the blood of animals. The characters felt real, sometimes scarily too real.

The author has a wonderful writing style that draws you in and keeps you turning the pages. If you're looking for your next vampire story, look no further.
